With decades of experience in social work, leadership development, and faith-based community work, she brings a unique understanding of how people thrive when supported with the right tools.

Her passion for leadership coaching began early in her career — helping emerging leaders see their own potential and step into it with confidence. Today, she guides others through that same journey of discovery and growth, creating a safe, encouraging space to evolve into the leader they’re meant to be.
